BRIDAL EDITORIAL/STEPHANIE KATE BRIDAL COUTURE
FIRST SYLED SHOOT IN THE NEW STUDIO
I always get excited when Stephanie approaches me about a Bridal shoot for some of her new sample Wedding dresses. A friend of hers, Mel who works at the Bank Hairdressing as part of their Bridal team, needed some portfolio shots. Steph had created two beautiful Bohemian inspired lace Bridal gowns and thought this would be the perfect opportunity to shoot them.
We chose to do the shoot in my new Portrait studio located in Brigg. Stephanie Kate Bridal is right next door so we didn't have to go far for changing into dresses and choosing hair accessories to go with them.
We had Lucy modelling for us, a close friend and professional model who we both love working with. But as we were shooting mid week, we were limited on who was available to model, so we encouraged Stephanie to help us out too, something she'd not done before and was a bit nervous about, but I think you'll agree she looks absoloutely amazing too!
Heather, also from the Bank Hairdressing Bridal Team did makeup and Mel, who is the Bridal stylist, created these two elegant looks.
It was a beautiful day and so I decided to use the natural light coming in from my sash windows at my new studio for the shoot. Enjoy these beautiful Bohemian inspired Lace Wedding dresses by Stephanie Kate.

THE BANK FESTIVAL HAIR FASHION SHOOT/ LINCOLNSHIRE FASHION PHOTOGRAPHY
VICTORIA GRAY PHOTOGRAPHY
I was super excited to be working with the Creative Hair Team again from the Bank Hairdressers in Brigg, North Lincolnshire. We did our first collaborative shoot together back in April, you can see more of this shoot on my blog here. The theme for this shoot was ‘Festival Fashion’, I knew they had a few plans for drastic colour changes and a lot of hair glitter was going to be involved; I couldn’t wait!
This time we had 4 female models and 4 male models. I was with them all day capturing the cutting, colouring and styling of the models hair in preparation for the shoot. Abigail’s ‘rainbow hair’ and Lauren’s green & blue hair were done the day before; the team spent 6 hours in the salon to get those rainbow colours. We had coloured hair, space buns, braids and glitter sprinkled and painted on. The team did an amazing job on each of the models and we had so much fun getting into the festival spirit for the shoot!
We had Bethan back doing make-up. We’d worked with Bethan previously and I knew she was as excited as me about doing this Festival inspired shoot. She did a fab job with her festival make-up looks on the girls!
The perfect location for our shoot was where Party in the Pines is held, a local music festival which you may have heard of. It is a recent festival that has grown massively in the 4 years it’s been open to the public. The next one is on the 5th August 2017; if you haven’t been before make sure you get tickets as this year’s line-up looks massive, with something for everyone. Big thanks to Gaz and Casper for letting us do our shoot there :)
